AGREEMENT & RELEASE
I have read and agree to the conditions set forth in the
prospectus for WOMEN ARTISTS ON IMMIGRATION.
Permission is granted to the Women’s Caucus for Art
(WCA) and the Korean Cultural Center of Los Angeles
(KCCLA) to photograph and/or use digital images of
selected works for the catalog, education, documentation
or publicity purposes in print, video, electronic or
internet formats. I hereby release and discharge
representatives, employees, and volunteers of WCA
and KCCLA from any and all claims occasioned by loss
or damages of said work while in the possession of
WCA or KCCLA.
NON-REFUNDABLE ENTRY FEE
